- The Security Leader is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the security operations function within the Ambulatory Monitoring & Diagnostics (AM&D) business; ranging from planning and budgeting, to motivational and promotional activities expounding the value of security.
- Liaison with and offer strategic direction to businesses, markets & related governance functions (such as Facilities, Risk Management, Q&R, IT, HR, Legal & Compliance) plus executive, senior and middle managers throughout the organization, on security matters such as routine security activities plus emerging security risks and control technologies.
- Lead the design, implementation, operation and maintenance of applicable security controls, (Product security framework, the Security Management System, etc.)
- Experience in the creation and enforcement of information security (including the sensitivity to establish a risk-based view on compliance), including compliance reporting.
- Experience in Health information security and risk management (preferred).
