- The SEC Senior Reporting Manager is the “right hand person” of the Senior Director – SEC Reporting, responsible for leading in the integrity and accuracy of KORE’s quarterly SEC Form 10-Q and annual SEC Form 10-K filings, as well as the annual Proxy filing and any other filings that may involve the group as delegated from Legal (i.e., 8-K).
- In addition, the SEC Senior Reporting Manager has a key role in technical accounting and has the ability to perform accounting research and independently arrive at conclusions regarding complex accounting matters, and draft technical accounting memos to the highest standard.
- The SEC Senior Reporting Manager is the successor and backfill to the Senior Director – SEC Reporting, which is currently a role of “critical single point of failure”.
- Ownership of calculating EPS (basic and diluted) and balancing overall shares outstanding and available (RSU share pool).
- Continuously learning regarding FASB and SEC updates by both self-study options and conference attendance (Workiva Amplify conference, AICPA’s PCAOB and SEC conference)
