- Here at Kuehne+Nagel, our Charlotte, NC branch is looking for a new Customer Care Manager to join our Sea Logistics team.
- Reporting to the Branch Manager you will have the overall responsibility for representing Kuehne+Nagel in the local community that embraces both internal & external Sea Logistics Customer's.
- The Sea Logistics Customer Care Location Manager is responsible for implementing and managing the Customer Care strategy on a local level as well as continuously optimizing the level of customer service to provide customer excellence.
- In addition, the Individual will be responsible for managing the Customer Care Location Team in developing customer relationships, on-boarding of new Customers and addressing any and all Customer complaints in a timely & satisfactory manner.
- You will Provide leadership, direction and monitor the Performance of the local Customer Care team and local Sea Logistics Field Sales team.
