- Merchandising Reviews SET guidance and makes appropriate adjustments based on salon layout while maintaining core standards in Salon Actively walks the salon and backbar to identify opportunities related to merchandising, replenishment, and recovery Handles or directs salon team to address product related issues that have biggest impact to the client Manages backbar expenses to plan
- Performance Standards / Programs Consistently meets established performance standards for the role, including (but not limited to) product and service sales, client experience, productivity, and attendance Reviews and follows all company programs (including but not limited to) hiring practices and state safety regulations, and accurately advises salon associates on how to address any related issues
