- Responsible for day-to-day implementation, administration, troubleshooting, maintenance, and application support for the Enterprise Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP Systems, HR, Payroll and Benefits, and other various software applications in use at Progress Rail. This position is responsible for maintaining applications and systems needed by the organization to ensure they are fully functional 24/7/365, providing rapid response and support to systems as required.
- Depending on assigned area, these may include Transportation Management Systems (TMS), ERP systems (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Planning, Purchasing, Warehousing, Sales, and Invoicing), Salesforce, HR Benefits and Payroll, etc.
- Own all Sandbox environment management (refresh schedules, Pre / post refresh steps)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field preferred (e.g., CIS, MIS, or related technology field);
- Preferred skills/certifications dependent on specific assignment may include MCITP equivalent (SharePoint) or Microsoft Certified SharePoint; Salesforce admin, K2 BlackPearl Administration Certification / Troubleshooting; K2 Cloud; or ERP proficiency; experience using/administering server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux);
