- This team partners with the marketing lead generation team, regional sales and North America National sales teams to develop sales opportunities through lead qualification, opportunity development, solutions recommendation and closing the deal with our SECURITAS XaaS Services portfolio.
- The Client Success Specialist is the sales support resource for the entire SECURITAS TECHNOLOGY portfolio, but focused primarily on the needs of our Commercial and Residential North American needs.
- Monitor all channels (email, phone, leads, video conference, social) and offer exceptional proactive & on-demand product guidance and support
- Stay up to date with new products, new services and pricing related to (5%) :Core Security, Data Analytics Trends, Access Control, Video Surveillance Network Solutions (Cybergenic Solutions, Cyber Security) Emergency Preparedness, Occupancy Screening (Visitor Management)
- 1-3 years of experience particularly a software pre-sales or solutions sales role presenting via webinars extensively and experience in front of customers
