- By joining us in this opportunity as a Sales Operations Specialist you will help assist the commercial team during all stages of the sales cycle to maintain sales forecasting, planning, and order processes you will be accountable for maintaining day-to-day sales operations tasks, including data analysis, CRM and CLM management, sales reporting, customer service support, and collaboration with sales teams.
- What you will be doing:Become a subject matter expert in CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management).
- Maintain Salesforce (SFDC) platform, including reporting and dashboards, leveraging Einstein analytics.
- Provide guidance on weekly booking updates, FPS/MPS reports, and operational updates.
- For the financial operations, accountable for assisting with booking & revenues forecast, target settings/updates & incentives, costs management, data quality control for the region.
