- Summary:The Sales Director will support the Cloud ID Sales & Marketing team in identifying and securing new business and driving marketing leads, while also managing a small portfolio of new and existing accounts.
- Identify and develop opportunities for growth of key accounts; build and maintain a robust sales upsell pipeline pushing opportunities through the sales cycle to close.
- Secure and execute face-to-face client meetings to foster relationships, growth opportunities, and overall retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients from the time a contract is signed, including kickoff, launch, optimization, and growth.
- Understand client/market needs and champion product improvements (e.g. new features and functionality) to support customer retentionCommunicating and coordinating with potential customers via phone, e-mail, and in person about Synacor’s products and services.
