- The Director of Sales must have extensive hunter experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals that track and measure growth and may also be individually responsible for managing key accounts.
- Work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute an effective business plan for increased sales growth across new clients and the existing client base
- Prospect for potential new clients by responding to inbound marketing leads, developing network connections, participating in sales campaigns, and cold calling as appropriate
- Travel to existing and potential client sites to interact with stakeholders face-to-face
