- Summary: The Architectural Sales Director will be responsible to develop the A&D business/team in the NJ/NY area and eventually lead a team of high-performing architectural sales representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to enhance individual and collective sales performance.
- They will play a key role in promoting our countertop, flooring and hardscape products and be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with architects, designers, specifiers, and other industry professionals to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with HR and senior management to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent within the architectural sales team.
- Implement training programs and professional development initiatives to continuously enhance the skills and capabilities of the architectural sales team, ensuring they are equipped to excel in their roles and contribute to overall company objectives.
- Set clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for the architectural sales team, regularly monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing achievements to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
