- As a Dual Sales Consultant, you are the first face-to-face contact in the Centers with our potential members to help them find the right solution that fits their needs and lifestyle and follow them through their hair journey!
- We provide a consistent schedule that enables you to have great work-life integration and a base salary plus uncapped commissions.
- Promotes membership upgrades, add-on's opportunities to increase memberships through renewal of benefits, performing past-member outreach and fee management activities.
- Executes New Sales Excellence: Performs the HairClub consultation including a thorough discovery, value building, hair loss assessment, matching the client needs with the appropriate solution(s) and overcoming objections to enroll a new member.
- Generates new sales opportunities via cold calling, events and member referrals.
