- The Sales Assistant is responsible for developing and executing strategies and initiatives sold by the resort.
- This person works within the Sales & Marketing Department and works closely with the Director of Sales, Sales Manager, Banquets, Front Desk, and all necessary departments to ensure the best possible experience for the Groups coming on property.
- Building groups, maintaining rates, billing, deposits, reports, rooming lists, reservations in PMS system and file maintenance.
- Coordinates in- house events with guidance from the Sales and Marketing Team, as well as seasonal decorating assistance.
- Monitor guest room block pick-up and advise client on attrition charges if bookings are low.
