Essential Knowledge, Skills And Ability Education/Certifications/Experience <ul><li>EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Current RN license is required. Employee must be in good standing with the state. Possession of a current Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers CPR certificate is required.</li><li>EXPERIENCE: As a Charge Nurse or supervisory experience is preferred. Knowledge of charting on Electronic Medical Record Software, Point Click Care.</li><li>Overtime hours, with little or no notice, may be required, if deemed necessary by the reporting supervisor.</li><li>Although unlikely, local and out-of-town travel may be required for training purposes.
