- DescriptionPosition Summary:Under the general supervision of the Chief Quality Officer, the RN Quality Improvement Specialist / Risk Manager develops, coordinates, and performs daily activities to maintain and improve quality of healthcare, as well as risk mitigation and management, to include medical record reviews, legal document preparation (interogatories, request for production etc.)
- Tracks and trends quality and litigation data information in order to ensure safe, high quality care is maintained.
- Must have the ability to adapt to flexible work schedule, problem solve and decision-making.
- Independently coordinates and responds to litigation request.
- Collects, records and analyzes quality and litigation data to monitor compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
