- It is a hybrid remote/onsite position requiring staff in the corporate Indianapolis office every Wednesday/Thursday.
- Identify and approve uploaded documents in Order Images to expedite audit process.
- Contact hauling and/or Traffic dispatch regarding system updates, so all uploaded driver’s paperwork can be entered and routed to the correct backlog.
- Follow up with hauling agents on paperwork not received that is over 19 days from delivery or for specific accounts that have billing deadlines- using late paperwork report.
- This is a hybrid position requiring both remote and physical presence in the office.
