- Review and evaluate mutual fund and annuity products to ensure compliance with retirement laws and serve as liaison with the provider companies and the SBA. Develop procedures and establish guidelines for the timely receipt and distribution of ORP and OAP funds.
- Provide customer service through counseling and personal interviews with members; and consultative and technical assistance to employment agencies; or investigates discrepancies for Third Party Administration and audit staff.
- Minimum Qualifications: Six years of professional experience in the area of insurance, retirement or social security, administration, call center, customer service, fiscal work, statistics, or personnel.
