- Summary/Objective: A Restaurant Manager is responsible for maintaining guest service in the food area, oversees and is accountable for the food service in assigned store, which includes ensuring maximum sales and profitability through merchandise inventory, expense control, and managing food operating costs.
- Performance Review: Continually evaluate and communicate performance issues and actively recruit Food Service employees.
- Talent Management: Train and develop store food service employees; direct and monitor training and development for employees on food service team.
- Freshness and Cleanliness: Must be able to ensure product quality of all deli food items prepared consistent with state, local, and company standards, and ensure area is clean, neat and meeting company standards.
- Must follow company training program and pass appropriate tests and other deli operation requirements.
