- This role is a key member of Interlachen's management team and assists with the operations of a la carte dining at the Club. They work closely with the Assistant General Manager, Assistant Director of Food and Beverage, and the Culinary Team. They supervise the restaurant (a la carte) dining experience across multi-outlets and oversee the service team.
- Opportunities for Focus: Outlets ownership, beverage program, business management (scheduling, payroll, expense control), and recruiting.
- Bobby Jones Pub & Grille - Upscale casual dining, New American concept including hand-cut steak, fresh seafood, and homemade pasta
- Founders Café & Turn Bar - Casual golf-fare for before, during, and after a round
- 1909 Cabana - Fast-casual, poolside dining
