- One would ensure a high standard of appearance, hospitality and service in personnel and cleanliness of ALL dining rooms including fine, casual and bar lounge areas.
- Regularly acts as manager/captain on the dining room floor and maintains a high level of member contact throughout service hours.
- The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have several years of experience in a fine dining establishment and able to develop a rapport with our employees and Members.
- One would be familiar with fine dining steps of service and able to train staff according to standards.
