- We're looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our restaurant team!
- As the General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of our daily operations, from overseeing employees to maintaining inventory and supplies, to ensuring our guests are thrilled with their experience.
- You'll report to the District Manager on a daily and weekly basis, and your primary focus will be to make sure that our restaurant is the best in town!
- We take food safety seriously, and as the General Manager, you'll be responsible for enforcing sanitary practices for food handling, ensuring that our food preparation and service is of the highest quality, and maintaining a professional restaurant image.
- People skills are essential for success in this role, and we expect our General Managers to provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues, interview and hire hourly employees, develop employees through ongoing feedback and performance reviews, and maintain accurate staffing plans and schedules.
