- The Food Runner reports to and is under the direction of the Dining Supervisor with oversight from the Assistant Managers.
- The main responsibility of the food runner is to deliver food to restaurant patrons.
- Once a customer places an order, the waiter or waitress communicates the order to the cook.
- After the meal is prepared, the food runner is responsible for ensuring that the plate arrives to the customer.
- Completes all opening and closing side work as assigned and/or scheduled for a given shift.
