- Performs complex preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs and installations of kitchen equipment, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and/or HVAC equipment, machinery and controls located in the interior and exterior of buildings.
- Operates, maintains, monitors, and performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building equipment, which may include: mechanical/HVAC/plumbing systems, electrical/cabling, fire detection and suppression, life safety, kitchen equipment, lighting, temperature control systems, building management systems, and digital systems.
- Refrigeration systems including reach in & walk in, self contained, split and built up cascade systems.
- Bar equipment to include C02 systems, liquor and soda fountain systems, margarita & daquri machines.
- Contracted work may include landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, refrigeration, hood cleaning, grease trap cleaning, dishwashers, plumbing, and cleaning.
