Perform and complete other work and duties that are assigned by the Landscaping Manager and/or Director of Campus Operations. Provide input to the Landscaping Manager in the development and execution of a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all campus landscaping operations.

Olson Environmental, LLC is looking for a Professional Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As the Professional Landscaping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the daily operations of our landscaping department.

Meet with jurisdictional officials during the installation and inspection of civil construction, infrastructure, home construction lots, landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation systems, signage, and parks and amenities.

Serve as backup to interior, landscaping maintenance, gardening, irrigation technology and grounds person job or job function. The Enhancement Landscape Laborer executes small scale landscaping operations and maintains grounds and landscape of commercial properties.

Good basic knowledge and skills in the building/construction trades, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting/construction trades, smoke/fire alarm systems, snow removal, heating and ventilation systems, buidling automation systems, cutting grass/landscaping, etc.

Background in landscaping, garden/nursery, agriculture, agriculture sales, or other related fields preferred. Must possess a high level of knowledge in lawn and landscaping products (grass seed, fertilizer, post/pre-emergents, pest control, general lawn and garden maintenance, etc.

Operate lawn maintenance equipment including a 36" mower, blower, gas powered trimmer, and other power equipment. Perform plant removal, replanting of lawn, converting lawn areas to planters, or planters to lawn, replace broken sidewalk, lay mow strips, mulch, prune and plant trees.

Must be able to bend at the waist when picking up leaves, branches, trimming, mowing, digging trenches, setting forms, and planting. Dig trenches and set up cement forms for sidewalk replacement, mow strips, and planters.

We're looking for an Enhancement Landscape Laborer to join our team. Knowledge to adjust and regulate sprinkler heads, finishing cement surfaces, preparing forms for cement pours, and weeding. Handle tools, dig, cement fish, plant, weed, maintain, and mow.

Landscaping expertise including operating landscaping equipment, background with tree care and tree-trimming, roadside mowing, hardscape masonry, property maintenance of decorative vegetation, snow plowing operations.
