Responsibilities include patient care critical care patient assessment and related patient care plans. This position also requires the utilization of advanced practitioner skills to intervene in complex patient care situations. Incumbents in this position shall comply with all applicable laws and rules including the Dignity Health Standards of Conduct and Dignity Health policies and procedures that apply to his/her job responsibilities seek guidance when in doubt promptly report any potential or suspected violation of Dignity Health Standards of Conduct Dignity Health policy or procedure or applicable laws/regulations and when requested assist Dignity Health personnel in investigating all allegations of violation. When called upon the incumbent shall assist in risk evaluation and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement monitor and mitigate risk corrective plans outlined by the Compliance program. *Qualifications* Minimum <ul><li> Certificate of Completion from an accredited two year Respiratory Care Program preferred or currently enrolled in a program.</li><li> Current/pending licensure by the State of California Respiratory Care Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner ( RCP).</li><li> Registered with the National Board for Respiratory Care or achieve registration within one year of hire date (RRT).</li><li> Certification in American Heart Association basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation (AHA BLS).</li><li> Certification in American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).</li><li> Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support required within six months of hire (PALS).</li><li> Certification in Neonatal Advanced Life Support or within six months of hire (NRP).</li><li> Employees assigned to EEG EKG EMG must have EKG and EEG certification within the last 5 years or 1 year of experience in the operation of electrocardiographic electromyelographic and electroencephalographic equipment. </li></ul>*Pay Range* $63.35 - $79.66 /hour
