- New England Biolabs is hiring a Research Scientist to focus on computational biology for chromatin architecture studies using NEB developed technologies and integrating them to spatial epigenomics.
- Primary Responsibilities:Design and implementation of multiple pipelines on HI-C, NicE-Seq, DNAse-Seq, RNSeq, EM-seq, WGBS, and ChIP-Seq data to unveil in vivo mechanism related to therapeutic agents and tumorigenesis.
- Design computational pipelines which can applied to integrate multiomics data for integrated spatiofunctional genomics.
- Artificial intelligence-based image analysis for histopathology, fluorescent microscopy for pattern recognition.
- Designed multiple algorithms using advance computational techniques, specially graph theoretical modeling, unsupervised learning, mathematical modeling, statistical learning and numerical algorithms for biological studies.
