- Windows operating systems- iPhone, iPad, Android, and Blackberry mobile devicesCompTIA A+, Microsoft Specialist, HDI-Support Center Analyst (HDI-SCA) certifications a SIGNIFICANT PLUSAgents must also have familiarity with server environments, standard network arrangements, and security concepts.
