- The Assistant General Counsel (AGC) serves within the Office of the General Counsel and provides legal support to all levels and groups in order to advance company's mission, minimize organizational liability and ensure compliance with laws and guidelines.
- Knowledge of healthcare payor processes, including those of government programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, and 340B, and the reimbursement or finance related matters, including but not limited to claim disputes, cost reporting, coding, discounts and rebates, educational and research grants, personal services relationships, gifts and business courtesies, etc.
- Knowledge regarding regulatory issues that arise in clinical research, including but not limited to conflicts of interest, research misconduct, export control, data management, grants/funding, and safety.
- 8+ years of professional experience as either a healthcare litigation, regulatory, or transactional associate in a nationally recognized law firm, in-house counsel at a nationally recognized company or organization, or a combination thereof.
- Juris Doctorate degree.
