- As a Behavior Technician, you will implement individualized treatment plans to teach communication, social, and school-readiness skills to children ages 1-5 in the clinic, home, community, and preschool settings.
- Provide 1:1 intervention to children ages 1-5 consistent with best practices in applied behavior analysis across communication, social, and adaptive skills domains.
- Experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (Preferred).
- Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (Preferred).
- Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
