- We are looking for a Regional Vice President of Human Resources to support and serve as the Human Resource Business Partner for an assigned market of Clubs.
- Acts as the key liaison to communicate key HR initiatives Key primary responsibilities include: Talent management, Performance Management, Compliance, educate on employee policies, support management of leaves, conducting investigations and managing Employee Relations matter in a timely fashion.
- The People Business Partner role is a trusted business, leadership, and employee advisor who creates value through forecasting talent challenges impacting business strategy, shaping and implementing people strategies and organizational change, delivering solutions, and promoting the right workplace culture that aligns with how the business goes to market.
- Works with SVPs of Operations and EVP of Operations to develop and implement talent strategies, initiatives, and solutions that support business needs
