- you will be responsible for leading the regional selling team representing the full bundle of NCS capabilities to include equipment, service, chemicals and site marketing.
- Responsible for driving market share growth within the assigned region by selling NCSs entire breadth of products and services and organizing a regional market team to deliver the NCS Circle The Customer (CTC) methodology for the region.
- Learn and engage in the Counselor Sales Process (CSP) to become a champion and hold the team accountable.
- Understand market dynamics and define the strategy to develop the regional footprint by deploying current resources and cross training the team to represent and sell the NCS bundle.
- Lead the regional sales team to represent and sell NCS products through a compelling and meaningful value to customer using insight, business analysis, problem solving and flexibility.
