- PagerDuty is seeking a strategic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our Growth Sales team.
- In this role, you will report to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
- As a Regional Director you will be focused on recruitment, enablement and execution for the Enterprise Sales team.
- Support and coach reps daily in account development, penetration, success, qualification, discovery, deal management and closing activities.
- Preferred Qualifications Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDICC, SPIN, CoM, Challenger Sales) The ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic environment The base salary range for this position is 168,000 - 231,000 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
