- The Regional Manager, Architectural Sales is responsible for managing the Architectural Project Manager ("APM") Sales team for the assigned region to meet the company's sales and business development goals.
- The roles and responsibilities of this position include executing high levels of customer satisfaction, implementing/ executing key business initiatives, and coaching/mentoring the Senior APM and APM associates in a focused effort of delivering productive sales activities resulting in incremental sales revenue.
- The Regional Manager, Architectural Sales will assist in developing and managing Marvin awareness, loyalty, and sales to the Architectural Luxury Residential and Commercial community.
- Prospect, identify, and cultivate relationships to influence key ownership and management decision makers of the architectural luxury residential, builder/trade, and commercial communities whose authority will lead to specification and purchase of Marvin products
- Take a strategic leadership role in the annual business planning and quarterly review process within region and APM/BDR territories with identified architectural, builder/trade, and commercial partners to ensure alignment and implementation of focused business plans
