- B Lab is not set up to provide work permit sponsorship and candidates will need to have unrestricted, permanent work authorization for the location they are applying for.
- Additionally, through shared services with our parent company, B Lab Global, the Regional Director will also receive support in recruiting, learning and development, staff engagement, and compliance.
- The People & Culture Regional Director will report to the B Lab U.S. and Canada CEO with a dotted reporting line to the Global Director of People & Culture.
- Liaison with B Lab U.S. & Canada Board Chair and Governance Committee Chair, as needed, with support from Employee Relations counsel to manage risk and compliance with law and regulations.
- Administration and evaluation of our twice-yearly calibration, performance review, equity compensation, and promotion processes.
