- Drive the bottler business results and implementation of our joint business plans with our bottling partners while leading a local field sales team.
- Development of joint business plan, execution of quarterly sales and marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities and measure performance indicators within the assigned geography.
- Retail selling (outlet level) aligned against quarterly strategic initiatives focused on innovation, distribution, displays and cold/ambient equipment placements.
- Ensure that costs are controlled and monitored, including ensuring that the Accounts Receivable objectives are met, and budgets are not exceeded
- Lead and develop Region crew drives, market audits, company meetings and events, sampling initiatives plus local retail meetings.
