- Recruiter Role Description The (Contract) Recruiter reports directly to the Senior Director of Organizational Design and Talent Development and will be self-directed to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, employ traditional and creative sourcing strategies, and play a critical role in ensuring engagement with talent.
- Talent Acquisition: Source and screen candidates with limited work experience and/or education for hourly entry-level labor roles Conduct interviews of potential candidates, demonstrating an ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences.
- Harness technology and social media tools as well as utilize traditional recruitment activities.
- Qualifications and Skills Required Minimum 1-3 years experience in Recruiting, Sales Cold-Calling, Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Outgoing, friendly, reliable, and self-driven.
- Own the candidate process through the interview, decision, offer, closing, and handoff to HR for offer letters and background/reference checks Ability to work independently with strong decision-making and collaborative problem-solving skills.
