As the Manager of Recovery Café - Pasco, you'll play a key role in this mission, representing the voice of recovery in Benton and Franklin counties. Responsibilities: Contract Management: <ul><li>Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Contracts, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to oversee and manage contracts for Recovery Café - Pasco Services.</li></ul> Subcontract Oversight: <ul><li>Work in collaboration with the Associate Director of Contracts, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to manage all subcontracts and initiatives under Recovery Café - Pasco Services.</li></ul> Fiscal Responsibility: <ul><li>Collaborate with CME's Sr. Director of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to develop and oversee budget and grant management processes.</li></ul> Team Leadership: <ul><li>Supervise all Pasco Café program staff alongside the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Leadership Team.</li></ul> Staff Development: <ul><li>Implement staff development and training processes with the RCS Leadership team.</li></ul> Partnership Building: <ul><li>Foster new partnerships to expand collaborations and advance RCS goals.</li></ul> Educational Facilitation: <ul><li>Lead training and educational classes in the School for Recovery.</li></ul> HR Collaboration: <ul><li>Work with HR for hiring, onboarding, and managing staff.</li></ul> Collaborative Efforts: <ul><li>Work with CME Recovery Support Services staff to achieve goals and support clients.</li></ul> Additional Duties: <ul><li>Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.</li></ul> Flexibility: <ul><li>Be available for occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.</li></ul> If you're passionate about making a difference and have a heart for recovery support, apply now to lead our Recovery Café Pasco! Requirements Education/Experience: <ul><li>Associate's degree or above, in Behavioral Health and Recovery Services related field. Plus demonstrated capacity for managing details and strategies and a minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent experience in a related field; </li><li>Or 2-5 years of relevant work and supervisory experience if no advanced degree is present. </li></ul> Certificates and Licenses: <ul><li>Must have a valid Driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and valid automobile liability insurance. </li><li> Preferred: CCAR Recovery Coach and Trainer, CCAR Ethical Considerations Trainer, & Mental Health Peer Support Specialist. </li></ul> Language Ability: <ul><li>Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish preferred</li><li>Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. </li><li>Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. </li></ul> Math Ability: <ul><li>Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. </li><li>Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.</li></ul> Interpersonal Skills: <ul><li>Demonstrates cultural competency with under-represented populations, knowledge, and acceptance of the recovery process with adults in SUD and or mental health treatment.</li></ul> Computer Skills: <ul><li>Knowledge of and proficient use of all Word Processing software and spreadsheet software.</li><li>Ability to manipulate data, pull reports, and complete forms using websites and spreadsheet software.</li></ul> Program Administration Skills: <ul><li>Program development and resource development expertise.</li></ul> Community Partnership Responsibilities: <ul><li>Experience and knowledge of Recovery Services</li><li>Experience working in community collaborations associated with recovery and mental health</li><li>Effective community development and collaboration skills. </li></ul> Benefits: CME offers competitive pay, incredible benefits, and growth opportunities for every member of our team.
