- We are seeking self motivated candidates with relevant experience with legal records, file destruction and DMS systems.
- For strategic direction and initiatives, this role will align with the Records Manager in the NY office, participate in the NY office’s team meetings, and follow its cadence to ensure that Records standards are consistently in place at the Washington DC location.
- Assist in developing and implementing goals, objectives, practices, policies, procedures, and work standards alongside the vision of the Records Manager for the firm.
- Supervises the use of records management systems and equipment to ensure reliable, high-quality operation of document management systems.
- Monitors and reviews legislation and legal requirements and recommends changes to achieve legal compliance and effective records management.
