- One of our clients, a well-known accounting firm is looking for a receptionist/office assistant to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis.
- Answer telephones, screen calls, and transfer to appropriate staff members
- General clerical duties include but are not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing
- There could be some light billing and AR/AP
- Proficient in Excel, and Word (must be able to print labels in word.docx
