- The Quality Assurance Geospatial Analyst needs to have a firm grasp on quality control tools and processes.
- A QA specialist shall use an understanding of geography, research, GIS, and data conflation and management skills to verify the accuracy and completeness of a broad array of NGA data sets, produced cartographic products, and written reports, while meeting deadlines in a high-tempo environment.
- A minimum of three years of experience in geospatial analysis, quality assurance and control processes, regional expertise, and/or Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
- Familiarity with geospatial data formats, including vector, raster, and textual, data repositories such as geodatabases and data warehouses, geospatial products such as maps, charts, reports, and familiarity with foreign partner data, maps, specifications, and products.
