- Reports To: Compliance and Quality Assurance Manager
- The Employment and Training Services Department (ETSD) Quality Assurance Lead will assist in establishing quality standards, training and development through identifying opportunities for implementing process improvement and strategies through bridging training gaps to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of program services.
- The Quality Assurance Lead will collaborate with interdepartmental stakeholders and support organizational wide initiatives in alignment with Continuous Quality Management (CQM) goals.
- Expert in the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation requirements, monitoring for updates to notify department staff of changes.
- Provide training and coaching to Quality Assurance Case File Review Specialists and Financial Assistance Trainers.
