- The Qualitative & Mixed Methods Analyst will work with the research team to participate in data analysis and synthesis of qualitative research, assisting with analyzing and coding qualitative data, managing the Atlas.
- These activities will occurr in conjunction with the UCSF Pepper Center Vulnerable Aging Research Core.
- This position will be perform duties related to a study that aims to generate data to address inequities in access to and quality of hospice care at end-of-life among Black/African American, Latino/x/Hispanic, Latinx, Asian, Hawaiian Native, Pacific Islander American, or multiracial older adults with dementia, and thus, candidates who identify as Black/African American/ multiracial/Latino/Hispanic OR are fluent in Chinese / Mandarin/ Cantonese/Spanish are preferred.
- We work in the community and on virtually every UCSF campus - Parnassus, San Francisco VA Health Care System, Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital, Mission Bay, and UCSF Center for Geriatric Care. The Division has over 130 employees including faculty, volunteer clinical faculty, fellows, staff, student interns and volunteers.
- Training or experience in social sciences field (e.g., public health, sociology, anthropology, health policy).
