- The Eliot Center is seeking a strengths based/trauma informed Outpatient Education and Employment Care Coordinator to provide evidence based services for individuals aged 12 - 35 who are in their first three years of experiencing a primary episode and diagnosis of psychosis.
- Our multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, mental health counselors and other professionals administer a full range of clinical and support services, resulting in a comprehensive collaborative approach to treatment.
- The clinician in this role would be required to participate in the Early Episode Psychosis program and team based treatment with a multidisciplinary focus.
- Ensure that treatment goals are culturally competent, strength based, realistic, attainable and promote the healing journey from a new diagnosis of psychosis and the many case management needs that might be indicated.
- Participate in the development of treatment plans for each individual in which you are a member of their treatment team.
