- Busy local private investor looking to immediately hire property manager to assist in day-to-day operations of fast-paced real estate business including tenant placement and maintenance requests, tracking company financials, and locating opportunities for expansion and maximizing assets and revenue.
- Tenant Relations:\ Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
- Develop rental lease agreements, screen tenant qualifications, collect and track deposits and rent payments, enforce terms of rental agreements, professionally resolve tenant complaints, and oversee eviction proceedings (as necessary).
- Financial Reporting:\ Keep financial records from property operations, create monthly financial reports for property owner, accomplish financial objectives by collecting rent, pay bills, prepare annual and quarterly budgets, schedule expenditures, and initiate corrective action as required.
- Owner Relations:\ Keep open dialogue with owner on property vacancies, tenant updates and issues (along with your proposed resolutions), physical condition of properties, and report periodically on financial performance of multiple accounts.
