- Compensation: $41,642.00-$52,052.00 Compensation Type: Salary Employment Type: Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Grade: E01 Department: IT Program / Project Management Position Summary Responsible for assisting with overall planning and direction of college wide construction and remodel projects, large and small budgets, focused on meeting project commitments and ensuring consistency with SFCC’s strategy, commitments and goals.
- This position will be responsible for preparing and implementing planning and design recommendations to ensure preservation and enhancement to the physical attributes of the campus in support of the Santa Fe Community College brand, mission and vision.
- Assists in performing various aspects of campus planning including area plans, land use studies, campus zoning, impact analysis, transportation, public/private development, and demographic and economic studies.
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Campus Planning, Urban Planning, Project Management or closely related field.
- One year experience in Project Management, Architecture or Engineering with supervisory management experience related to general construction, capital projects, or other fields associated with the duties described in this job description.
