Title: Project Manager eTrading Migration Location: Hybrid – 2 days in office 3 days WFH in Stamford, CT Duration: 4 months with possible extensions MUST be local with experience in similar migration in banking Target Start Date: 1/2/24 Job Description <ul><li> Manage the remediation of end of life tech estate across electronic trading platforms. It also includes engaging with </li></ul>vendor, infrastructure, and application teams to deliver this initiative. Responsibilities <ul><li> Work closely with business partners to understand needs, define ross functional plan, project scope etc.</li><li> Manage workstream project managers and ensure Project plan in line with NatWest Markets Project Management Methodology</li><li> Proposing and implementing mitigation plans</li><li> Review plans and milestones with Project Board and Programme Board; obtain approval for changes</li><li> Manage risk, issues, dependencies. Clear path/escalate accordingly</li><li> Enter and maintain RAG/Schedule date/comments milestones</li><li> Raise change control requests (as required)</li><li> Support quality assurance reviews</li><li> Manage Project Financials</li><li> Should be able to interact with Senior Management and articular/escalate issues</li><li> Manage delivery objectives within scope of this project</li><li> Report metrics to ensure project deliveries are tracked, accurately reported, and met</li><li> Follow NatWest Markets Project framework and familiarity with Agile </li></ul>Minimum Requirements ¨ Must have done similar migrations before ¨ Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing and problem-solving skills ¨ The candidate must be a detail oriented. ¨ The candidate must be a self starter with strong organizational and communication skills. ¨ Builds cross regional relationships ¨ Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Project and Visio required. ¨ +5 years’ experience in Project Management preferred. ¨ Familiarity with Agile preferred.
