- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with safety related activities, onboarding, and HR liaison functions.
- Provide customer service (via phone and in person) to ensure that clients are satisfied with the project management services being provided.
- Perform administrative tasks such as estimating admin, scheduling meetings, and completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner.
- Coordinate with a 3rd party safety expert to perform job site inspections, track and perform safety training, perform incident investigations, and maintain PPE stock levels, including Arc Flash, LOTO, and fall protection.
- Conduct onboarding training for new employees on safety, site-specific training, and equipment training.
