- The Project Director works with faculty representatives and staff from colleges, industry partners, and members of the workforce ecosystem to effectively deploy and implement initiatives across multiple institutions.
- Additionally, the Director provides support for the development, execution, and implementation of special initiatives impacting workforce programs, adult education, and career and technical education/academic programs.
- Develop curriculum and CTE programs of study as appropriate to align with regional and state workforce needs.
- Manage the deployment and implementation of targeted funding streams and grant initiatives as needed (Broadband, Rapid Response, Healthcare, Higher Education Initiatives Fund, Corrections funding, etc
- Oversee implementation of the development of programs in response to industry needs by partnering with academics (including career and technical education), workforce and adult education and ensure programs meet business and industry, community and student's needs.
