- The Office of the Dean of Arts & Sciences (A&S) is looking for a motivated individual to manage the daily operations of the Living Earth Collaborative, under the direction of the co-directors.
- This position specializes in project management for a broad range of activities and with multiple local partner institutions, including the Saint Louis Zoo and the Missouri Botanical Garden and is responsible for ensuring effective operational planning, team communication, programming, and financial management.
- Key responsibilities include managing working groups, tracking and analyzing metrics, writing monthly progress reports, preparation of donor updates and reports, overseeing budget and accounting matters, and serving as the main liaison for university partners on media strategy and outreach.
- Serve as liaison with partner institutions, including Missouri Botanical Garden and Saint Louis Zoo.
- for all programs and projects (e.g. LEC seed grants, collaborative grants, and previous postdoctoral scholars) through direct contact, progress surveys, and by regularly performing searches (such as SCOPUS/PubMed).
