- The Project Coordinator / Executive Assistant to the COO-Advisory will play an important role in ensuring the COO has the support to address the needs of our growing business.
- The COO-Advisory is looking for someone who has a curious mind and is eager to grow and learn in this role.
- Provide administrative support and project coordination on initiatives led by the COO working with members of the Advisory Leadership Team, the Advisory Practice and Firm Operations Groups.
- Support the completion of deliverables such as PowerPoint presentations, budget tracking, proofreading and scheduling team meetings.
- Work with the COO to develop and maintain on-going management of priorities for the Advisory Practice and work with Advisory Leadership Team members to facilitate reporting & project completion.
