- The Project Analyst is responsible for analyzing and supporting projects and resources in the recovery of communities affected by hurricanes, wildfires and other recent disasters.
- Projects may include housing programs such as Interim Housing Assistance (IHA), single family rehabilitation/reconstruction/elevation or shelter in place; economic recovery programs; and municipal public works such as buildings, drainage, water/wastewater, roads/bridges.
- Funding sources could include HUD Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR), HUD CDBG Mitigation (CDBG-MIT) or FEMA Public Assistance (PA), FEMA Hazard Mitigation Assistance (HMA).
- Be detail oriented, flexible, proactive, and multi-task to quickly adapt to changing client priorities and respond to ad hoc requests
- Support project management activities, including routine status reports, quality control, risk analysis and mitigation planning, etc.
